Per Diem Pharmacy Technician - Waxahachie, TX

Job Description

Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) certification and 1+ years Pharmacy Technician experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A pharmacy technician position is available in Waxahachie, TX, offering per diem hours with a consistent Monday through Friday schedule from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. This role involves supporting pharmacy operations by accurately distributing prescribed medications and providing essential information to patients and customers regarding their use.

Key Responsibilities:

Dispense medications as prescribed by licensed healthcare providers.
Communicate effectively with customers to ensure understanding of medication instructions and promote safe usage.
Deliver exceptional customer service to enhance the patient experience.

Desired Qualifications:

Valid Pharmacy Technician license in Texas.
Experience in retail pharmacy or long-term care settings preferred.
Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.

Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (8.5 hours per day).
