As a Full Time Registered Nurse with Unity Health and Rehabilitation Center, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and rehabilitation services to our patients. Our 12-hour shift days and nights provide flexibility and variety to your work schedule.
About the Role:
As a Registered Nurse at Unity Health and Rehabilitation Center, you will be responsible for:
- Providing high-quality patient care, including assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individualized care plans
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive care plans
- Conducting regular patient assessments and reporting findings to the Medical Director and other healthcare professionals
- Developing and implementing individualized education plans for patients and their families
- Participating in quality assessment and improvement activities to ensure optimal patient outcomes
