They look after the cleanliness of the store from the parking lot to restrooms to the receiving area, and maintain a clean and safe environment. Additional Compensation Annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour may be paid based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
