Summary Commission Sales Associate responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales on the womens shoe floor in a high-end department store. Role focuses on building client relationships, meeting sales targets, and maintaining elevated merchandising standards in the Century City location. This position requires flexibility to work weekends and peak retail hours and is commission-based. Responsibilities Provide personalized styling and product recommendations to customers to drive sales and exceed individual targets. Deliver high-touch clienteling, including follow-up and building a book of repeat customers. Process sales transactions accurately and handle cash and card payments according to store procedures. Maintain merchandise presentation, restock product, and ensure displays meet visual standards. Collaborate with the sales team to execute promotions and events at the Century City store. Requirements Minimum 2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in shoes or apparel. Demonstrated track record of meeting sales goals and working on a commission structure. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused approach. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
