We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Office Receptionist to play a pivotal role in our organization. As the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, the ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills and a warm demeanor. This role is essential in creating a welcoming atmosphere in our office and ensuring efficient administrative operations.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
• Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate personnel or departments.
• Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and events.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area to create a welcoming environment.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages efficiently.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus.
• Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
