Head Soccer Coach

Responsibilities Ensure coaching sessions adhere to LASSO’s delivery and awards system. Mentor and guide assistant coaches, ensuring consistent coaching standards. Monitor player progress using "Playermaker" technology and provide personalized feedback. Coordinate weekly training sessions, summer camps, and competitive matches. Uphold health and player safety standards. Foster a positive, inclusive environment for all participants. Requirements Minimum of a USSF "D" License with head coach experience, or a USSF "C" License (or equivalent). At least 3 years of experience in youth soccer coaching. Strong leadership and mentoring skills. Excellent communication and organizational abilities. Commitment to participating in company training sessions. Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.
