Contract
Part Time role - 30 hours per week
6 months contract with extensions
Resource will be responsible for auditing SPIF (i.e. Outlet SMI SPIF) (SPIF - Sales Performance Incentive Fund) submissions and preparing approved incentive payouts for processing. Responsibilities include, but not limited to, the following
Validation of submission data and supporting documentation
Verification of billing, reserves, and incentive calculation inputs
Review performance outliers and perform sample performance manual calculation checks
Obtain approvals from sales leaders; Approval status from management and audit notes
Creation of a payroll-load-ready payout file and assist in payout data integrity checks
Administrative support to audit ~350 annual SPIF submissions, generating ~***M top-line
