Atlanta, GA with the primary responsibility of performing all tree and shrub care services on residential and commercial properties. Through paid education and utilizing leading industry equipment we ensure that you have everything you need to not only do the job, but do it great!As a Crew Leader, you will play a crucial role in:Working with the Tree Crew, perform and delegate tree care operations to residential and commercial propertiesOperate Spyder lifts, bucket lifts, loaders, and various saws safely to prune, remove, or manage growth of trees and shrubsMonitor and maintain assigned equipmentCommunicate with clients while completing services to ensure satisfactionConduct all aspects of arboriculture related to tree risk assessment, pruning, removing, and cabling and bracingLearn, understand, and implement company safety rules and regulations What you need to be a Crew Leader:Excellent understanding of tree care operations and safe tree care practicesMinimum of 5 years of experience in tree care, including pruning, trimming, and removalsStrong ability to climb and navigate a tree safely and efficientlyExtensive knowledge of tree species, diseases, and proper care techniquesProficient in operating and maintaining various tree care equipment, such as chainsaws, chippers, and stump grindersExcellent problem solving abilities and the capacity to make informed decisions on the jobAbility communicate effectively with team members, clients, and supervisorsValid Drivers License and clean driving record (CDL-B is preferred)ISA Certified Arborist is preferred, but not required What can Joshua Tree Experts do for YOU:A culture focused on SAFETYCareer advancement opportunities!Company that values a great WORK/LIFE balanceFull time, YEAR ROUND employment with benefits (Medical, Dental, and Vision)Paid Vacation, Holidays, and PTO DaysPaid Training and Education to obtain Industry certifications and licensingSafety Incentives Apply now to start your new career with Joshua Tree Experts in NE Atlanta!
