Job Details Job Location: THE LUTHERAN VILLAGE AT MILLERS GRANT INC - ELLICOTT CITY, MD 21042 Salary Range: $20.25 - $24.69 Hourly Position: Full‑Time Maintenance Technician III Hours: 5 days a week, 8am‑4pm with on‑call and weekend status. What You’ll Do Be self‑sufficient with the ability to create one’s own work to effectively reduce resident work order requests. Plan and perform maintenance duties necessary for a safe and functional operational program. Perform electrical, plumbing, water, air, steam, and other production equipment tasks. Troubleshoot and maintain building utilities. Perform HVAC tasks. Operate automated control systems. Install, maintain, and repair series and multiple lighting systems. Ensure all equipment and functions comply with safety requirements. Assist in general facilities upkeep, including grounds care, parking lot cleanup, access roads, and snow removal. Qualifications High School Diploma plus two years technical training or equal, or two years experience. Certification in HVAC a plus. Have and maintain a valid Driver’s License. Expertise in any ONE of the following and basic skills in the remaining categories: AC and refrigeration; electrical; mechanical; plumbing; kitchen equipment; carpentry and finishing skills; pneumatic/electronic systems and controls; vehicles; general building.
