We are seeking a reliable and hands-on Maintenance Technician to support the operation and upkeep of our manufacturing facility. This role is responsible for maintaining and repairing injection molding machines and auxiliary equipment, as well as assisting with general facility maintenance tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform maintenance and repairs on injection molding machines and auxiliary equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues to minimize downtime.
• Conduct monthly inspections of fire extinguishers and exit lights to ensure proper functionality and compliance.
• Assist with cleaning and maintaining grinders and dryers as needed.
• Support general facility maintenance and ensure a safe working environment.
• Work collaboratively with production and material handling teams.

Qualifications:

• Previous maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Experience with injection molding equipment is a plus.
• Knowledge of hydraulic and electrical systems .
• Basic mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot basic electrical and hydraulic issues.
• Ability to read and understand basic electrical diagrams.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and perform routine inspections.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift, carry, and move equipment/materials as needed.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift up to 70 pounds.
