As we continue to grow, we're looking for an experienced HR & Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our recruiting efforts, develop our employees, and help shape the culture that sets us apart.

What You'll Do

Talent Acquisition

• Lead all recruiting efforts from sourcing through onboarding.
• Develop recruiting strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
• Conduct interviews and manage the hiring process.
• Build relationships with community organizations, colleges, workforce agencies, and job boards.
• Manage recruiting platforms to maximize applicant flow.
• Track recruiting metrics and continually improve hiring results.

Human Resources

• Coordinate employee onboarding and orientation.
• Maintain personnel records and HR documentation.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and employment laws.
• Support employee relations and conflict resolution.
• Assist with performance management and coaching initiatives.
• Coordinate benefits enrollment and employee communications.
• Help develop HR policies, procedures, and training programs.

Culture & Employee Engagement

• Promote a positive workplace culture.
• Develop employee recognition and retention programs.
• Organize company events and appreciation activities.
• Support leadership in building engaged, high-performing teams.

Qualifications

Required

• 4+ years of Human Resources and/or Talent Acquisition experience.
• Strong interviewing and recruiting skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HR software.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred

• SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP).
• PHR or SPHR certification.
• Experience supporting multiple locations.
• Experience in transportation, logistics, warehouse operations, or high-volume recruiting.
• Knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
• Experience with Paycom
• Experience recruiting 50+ employees per year .
• Experience supporting organizations with 100+ employees .

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or 4 years of experience .
• SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP strongly preferred .
• Experience with Paycom or similar HRIS.
• Experience recruiting 50+ employees per year .
• Experience supporting organizations with 100+ employees .
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel between company locations.
