General Summary:

The Mission Critical Support Manager will be responsible for assisting the Mission Critical Manager with all tasks related to supporting the overall companys mission critical projects. This position reports to the Mission Critical Manager and is based out of the Ace Technologies Macon, Georgia office. The Mission Critical Support Manager will help support projects throughout the region andmust be available to travel to job sites located north of Macon, Georgia, as business needs require.

Responsibilities:

• Provide general oversight and direction with regards to the financial aspects of all projects
• Ability to read and interpret contract documents
• Preparation of monthly billing including ensuring compliance with all requirements set forth in the Subcontract documents
• Assist in the preparation and monitoring of Change Orders
• Review of credit card expenditures
• Prepare customer required reporting
• Prepare necessary Lien Waiver documents
• Monitor and manage receivables
• Monitor job costs and provide appropriate and constructive feedback to management as needed
• Participate in monthly Work in Progress reporting
• Prepare necessary 3rd Party Subcontract documentation
• Monitor purchase
• Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed by the Mission Critical Manager.

Position Requirements:
