DeburrerThe deburrer prepares and finishes metal parts by deburring, polishing, and cleaning them to meet quality and production standards. This role supports a busy manufacturing environment and helps ensure that all parts move through the production line safely, efficiently, and with a high level of accuracy.ResponsibilitiesDeburr, polish, and clean metal parts to meet established quality and time standards.Plug or cap all threaded hardware in and on parts presented by the moving production line within required timeframes.Follow all safety procedures and consistently wear required safety equipment, including steel-toe shoes, eye protection, and ear protection.Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of debris to support safe and efficient operations.Maintain the cleanliness of powder coat equipment and surrounding area according to established guidelines.Assist with general labor and packaging tasks as needed to support production flow.Complete other duties and projects as assigned to support the overall production and manufacturing process.Essential Skills1–2 years of general labor or production work experience.Ability to deburr, polish, and clean metal parts with strong attention to detail.Experience working with grinders or similar production tools.Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining quality and accuracy.Capability to lift 5 pounds on a consistent basis.Reliability in following safety procedures and wearing required protective equipment.Basic understanding of production and manufacturing workflows.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in packaging within a production or manufacturing environment.Strong work ethic and willingness to support various general labor tasks.Ability to keep workstations organized and maintain equipment cleanliness.Comfort working on a moving production line and meeting time-based standards.Join a stable production and manufacturing environment where safety, quality, and teamwork are highly valued. The environment is active and fast-paced, with tasks performed on or around a moving production line. Employees are expected to wear steel-toe shoes, eye protection, and ear protection at all times in designated areas. Work is primarily hands-on and may involve standing, repetitive motions, and consistent light lifting throughout the shift.Job Type & LocationThis is a contract position based out of Oxnard, CA.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
