Operations Team Leader

Responsibilities and Duties
- Sod install, bed grave creation, pavers, masonry, & irrigation
- Bed weeding, mulch cultivation, mulch install, shrub & tree pruning
- Lawn Maintenance Leader - Mow, Trim, Blow, Edge, Etc
- Complete tasks expressed in the job description
- Learn and execute proper landscaping techniques
- Safely operate equipment including
- trenchers, jack hammers, skid steers, chain saws, gas powered trimmers, pruning saws and blowers.
- Proper handling of all materials
- Execute strong attention to detail and personal integrity
- Work with a team or independently
Qualifications
- Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and able to manage time to effectively to meet deadlines
- Punctual, self-motivated, and able to complete tasks without immediate supervision professional
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients, team members, and management
- Ability to work effectively with team members, and management
- Willing to work in varying weather conditions
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Ability to accept verbal and formal training
- Valid Texas Driver license or State ID
- Subject to pre-placement drug testing and background investigation
