Shift Lead

DESCRIPTION

We are looking for motivated individuals who have a passion for delivering excellent customer service and quality coaching and training. Individuals should have a track record of leadership and management experience. Interested candidates should have a minimum of one year in a lead role, a solid understanding of POS systems, inventory control and staff scheduling and management. This is a great opportunity to bring your skills and make an impact in a supportive team environment. Compensation package depends upon experience; pay ranges from $18 to $22/hour, including gratuities and bonus opportunities. The following is highly desirable:

* Positive attitude, high energy and hustle; must work well in a team environment.

* Friendly demeanor: can problem solve and multi-task; has strong critical thinking skills.

* Strong work ethic

* Applicant is available to work a variety of hours: mornings or evenings and some weekends.
