Clinical Team Leader

Helio Health is on a mission to treat and promote recovery from the effects of substance use, mental health disorders, and other behavioral healthcare issues. To support the mission of Helio Health, the Clinical Team Leader will provide clinical supervision and day to day operations of substance use disorders/mental health services. The Team Leader will work on a Full-Time basis out of Helio Health's Utica's Opioid Treatment Program .

In addition to Helio Health's comprehensive benefits package, this position is eligible for a Sign-On incentive of $3,000 or $8,000 depending on licensure.

Pay : $32.00 - $35.00 per hour.

Schedule : Monday - Friday, 6:00am - 2:30pm

Oversees program, counseling staff, and the participants' needs and progress.
• Represents the agency to the community.
• Conducts program administrative review and clinical review.
• Assures continuing process improvement and staff development.
• Implements quality improvement initiatives.
• Assures program record documentation compliance with agency and regulatory standards.
• Demonstrates knowledge of the biopsychosocial process of addiction/recovery, behavioral health, self-help group processes and principles of counseling.

• Minimum 3 years clinical experience in an appropriate program setting.
• Bachelor's Degree minimum requirement and Master Degree is preferred.
• Qualified Health Professional status (LMSW, LCSW, LMHC, CASAC Advanced etc.) required.
• Valid NYS Driver's License required.
