Manufacturing Supervisor - 2nd Shift

Manufacturing Supervisor - 2nd Shift Findlay, Ohio Excellent benefits, bonus potential, and paid overtime after 40 hours worked. Shift Hours Monday-Friday, 2 pm to 10:30 pm. Arrive 15 minutes early, stay 15 minutes after the shift, and be available for weekend overtime. Responsibilities Meet and track production requirements and metrics. Lead shift start‑up meetings and attend other meetings as needed. Communicate with 1st and 3rd shift production supervisors during shift changes. Follow the production schedule and make adjustments as necessary. Train, coach, mentor, and evaluate the hourly workforce to improve performance. Ensure all necessary training is completed for new and current staff. Review and verify shift paperwork and production numbers for accuracy. Confirm timesheets, vacation requests, and time‑off records in the timekeeping system. Maintain shift safety, quality, and delivery targets consistently. Conduct performance reviews for line leaders and production employees. Assist in identifying opportunities for process improvement. Handle disciplinary actions and support HR functions. Other duties as directed by management. Requirements Minimum of a high school diploma or GED. At least one year of experience overseeing others in a manufacturing environment. Experience overseeing at least 10–15 people at a time. Microsoft Office experience, including basic Excel skills. Skills Preferred but NOT Required Production scheduling. ERP experience.
