Key Responsibilities Of The Senior Director, FP&A (Operations) Financial Planning & Forecasting: The Senior Director, FP&A (Operations) will lead forecasting and planning activities across corporate and franchise operations. Revenue Strategy: The Senior Director, FP&A (Operations) will own revenue forecasting across multiple revenue channels, including in-store, drive-through, curbside, and delivery operations. Executive Partnership: The Senior Director, FP&A (Operations) will collaborate closely with operational executives and brand leaders to establish, evaluate, and refine financial targets. Team Leadership: The Senior Director, FP&A (Operations) will mentor, develop, and elevate a team of FP&A professionals while building analytical capabilities throughout the organization. Qualifications For The Senior Director, FP&A (Operations) Role 10+ years of progressive FP&A experience. Significant experience supporting multi-site operations environments, including restaurant, retail, convenience store, hospitality, or similar industries. Minimum of 5 years of experience directly managing and developing FP&A teams. Proven success leading teams with multiple direct and indirect reports. Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical capabilities. Experience partnering with operations leaders, executive teams, and cross-functional stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to influence decision-making through data-driven insights. Excellent communication, presentation, leadership, and relationship-building skills. Experience managing annual planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance management processes.
