This full-time banking position typically works Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM, with some half-day Saturdays when needed.As our Teller, you'll earn a competitive wage of $16 - $18 an hour, plus incentives for balancing drawers and passing training classes. Your day will involve processing savings and checking accounts, loan transactions, and cashing checks. You'll be responsible for maintaining accurate account records and balancing your cash drawer daily. You'll also handle ATM machine balances, cross-sell bank services, and receive payments for various loans. Your ability to identify sales opportunities and make professional referrals will contribute to our team's success. Each interaction with a customer is an opportunity to represent Pioneer Bank with courtesy and professionalism, ensuring prompt, efficient, and accurate service. Whether you're explaining account options or processing transactions, your role will be vital in building strong relationships with our customers! QUALIFICATIONSHigh school diploma or equivalentPhysical ability to stand for extended periods when providing customer serviceAbility to use a computer keyboard and a 10-key calculator by touchAbility to relate and empathize with others while maintaining a friendly, cheerful demeanorAbility to read and legibly write up documents for customersStrong communication and interpersonal skillsBasic computer skillsHaving at least 1 year of relative job experience is a plus! We look forward to connecting with you!
