Key Responsibilities\n

  • Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to address a broad range of mental health disorders.

  • Engage in regular collaboration with psychiatrists, live-in staff members, and nursing professionals to facilitate coordinated care and ensure the holistic management of patient treatment.

  • Assist patients and their families in understanding diagnoses, treatment options, potential side effects, and the importance of medication adherence.

  • Provide individual, group, and family therapeutic sessions, focusing on building coping mechanisms and emotional regulation strategies using evidence-based practices.
