This individual contributor role is responsible for driving business readiness, process documentation, user adoption, testing coordination, training, deployment support, and operational transition activities for large-scale technology and process transformation programs.As a Sr Legal Operations in the Corporate Legal function, you will act as a critical liaison between legal organization functional leaders, business process owners, project teams and technical stakeholders to support the successful delivery of strategic transformation initiatives. A successful candidate will have project management experience, a strong affinity for systems and processes, and significant leadership through influence.You will report directly to our Senior Director of Legal Governance & Systems and will work out of our Charlotte, NC location on a hybrid work schedule (up to 2 days a week remote).QualificationsYOU MUST HAVE3+ years of experience supporting Legal Operations, Compliance Operations, Global Trade Operations, ERP programs, complex business operations or enterprise transformation initiatives.3+ years of project management experience with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders, manage competing priorities, and drive deliverables to completion.3+ years of experience working within Legal, Compliance, Governance, Risk, Regulatory, or Global Trade functions.WE VALUEExperience establishing process governance, operational controls, and continuous improvement practices.Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex information into clear, practical guidance for end users Experience tracking issues, risks, actions, and defects through resolution.Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with a high degree of attention to detail.Working knowledge of SAP ECC, S/4HANA, enterprise integrations, or large-scale technology deploymentsExperience with User Acceptance Testing, defect coordination, hypercare, and deployment readinessExperience developing and facilitating end-user training for varied audiencesAbility to build productive relationships, navigate ambiguity, and bring structure to evolving workstreamsPractical problem solving, sound judgment, and a service-oriented mindsetCommitment to ethical conduct, collaboration, and continuous improvementIn addition to a competitive salary, leading-edge work, and developing solutions side-by-side with dedicated experts in their fields, Honeywell employees are eligible for a comprehensive benefits package.
