Production Associate

We are seeking a dedicated Production Associate to join our team. The role involves assisting in the operation of production machinery, loading and unloading materials, monitoring equipment, inspecting materials, and following safety and quality procedures. This position requires the ability to consistently lift 30-50 lbs throughout the shift.

• Assist in the operation of production machinery.
• Load and unload materials as required.
• Monitor equipment to ensure proper operation.
• Inspect materials for quality assurance.
• Follow safety and quality procedures at all times.
• Adhere to provided work instructions.

• Ability to lift 30-50 lbs consistently.
• At least 1 year of manufacturing experience.

• Experience in production, general labor, assembly, and machine operation is beneficial.

The work environment includes two shifts: 6 am to 2 pm and 3 pm to 11 pm. Employees are expected to operate in a manufacturing setting, following safety protocols and wearing appropriate attire for the tasks involved.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Traverse City, MI.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
