Retail Sales Associate

Retail Sales Associate Join our team as a Retail Sales Associate in Concord, NC. In this role you will help customers find the products they need, provide excellent customer service, and create a positive shopping experience. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will work onsite, assist customers with their purchases, serve as a cashier, stock bins, and ensure product availability. This position offers a competitive pay rate of $14/hr and benefits such as medical coverage. Responsibilities Serve as a cashier and assist customers with purchases. Stock bins and maintain product availability. Collaborate with colleagues to achieve daily objectives and keep the store running smoothly. Qualifications Excellent customer service skills and a friendly demeanor. Strong communication skills to provide accurate product information. Attention to detail when stocking bins and displaying items. Team player who collaborates with others to achieve daily objectives. Basic computer skills to operate the cash register and associated software. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast‑paced retail environment.
