Step into the heart of metals manufacturing

From the moment your shift begins, you’ll be the steady hand guiding raw heavy-gauge metal through presses, shears, grinders, and draw machines. You’ll stage materials with care, verify specs against drawings, and keep production flowing while never compromising on safety or quality.

• Set up, run, and keep watch over metals equipment (presses, shears, grinders, draw machines) to meet precise fabrication targets.
• Load, position, clamp, and secure heavy metal stock for processing; use cranes and forklifts as needed.
• Complete routine checks and light preventive maintenance to keep machines operating reliably.
• Read and apply blueprints, technical drawings, and machine specifications to achieve exact tolerances.
• Maintain a clean, orderly, OSHA-compliant work area and practice safe habits at all times.
• Spot mechanical concerns, safety risks, or process bottlenecks and report them quickly to supervisors.
• Work shoulder-to-shoulder with teammates to hit daily throughput and schedule commitments.
• Apply rigorous quality control methods so finished parts match specification every time.

• Hands-on experience running heavy metal machinery in a production setting (preferred).
• Solid grasp of safe work practices in a physically demanding environment.
• Fluency in reading prints, drawings, and equipment specs.
• Ability to regularly lift and maneuver 50+ lbs and perform physically intensive tasks.
• Sharp attention to detail and a pride-in-craft mindset.
• Dependability, strong work ethic, and collaborative spirit.

• Physically demanding role with extended standing and frequent heavy lifting.
• Exposure to heat, high noise, and industrial hazards—proper PPE and controls provided.
• Scheduling may include evenings, weekends, and overtime to meet production demand.
