Apply today and become a valued member of our team!Key ResponsibilitiesLead and coordinate daily MRI department operations during day shift hoursLead MRI technologists and support staff to maintain workflow efficiencyEnsure compliance with MRI safety standards, accreditation requirements, and departmental policiesAssist with scheduling, staffing, training, onboarding, and performance supportPerform high-quality MRI procedures while maintaining patient comfort and safetyTroubleshoot equipment and workflow issues in collaboration with service vendors and leadershipMonitor image quality and ensure adherence to established protocolsSupport continuous improvement initiatives and patient satisfaction goalsCollaborate with radiologists, nursing staff, and referring providers to optimize patient careRequirementsExperience:Minimum 3 years' experience as an MRI TechnologistEducation:Must have a minimum associate's degree in Radiology or be a graduate of an accredited two-year radiology program.License/Certification Requirements:Must be registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) in Radiography, or American Registry of Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologists (ARMIT) and maintain current valid registration from ARRT or ARMIT. MR advanced registration through ARRT or ARMIT is required upon hire for IDTF centers. Non-IDTF centers require MR advanced registry within the first 12 months of employment. Additionally, must meet the state licensure requirement for the state in which they practice.Skills/Abilities:Knowledge of routine to complex MRI procedures and protocols.Skill in operation of MRI equipment as well as applicable ancillary equipment.Ability to work independently and multitask.Ability to provide documentation accurately and concisely.Demonstrates understanding of human cross-sectional anatomy, physiology, pathology, radiopharmacology, and medical terminology.Knowledge of computer applications, including information and billing systems, keyboard input, digital archiving, and retrieving of data.
