Human Resources Recruitment Coordinator
All Ways Caring HomeCare is looking for a Human Resources Recruitment Coordinator to provide support to the local branch through various aspects of administration, employee recruitment, screening, hiring, record keeping, and compliance.
Responsibilities include conducting full-cycle recruitment, representing the local branch in job fairs, implementing and adhering to company policies, collaborating with regional talent acquisition and human resource teams, utilizing applicant tracking software, and coordinating required trainings.
Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, some college courses or a degree, minimum of one year of office administration, recruiting, and/or human resources experience, knowledge of Microsoft Office software, effective verbal and written communication, and the ability to work responsibly with confidential information.
