• $20–$35 / hr base (based on experience)
• Performance bonuses + earning upside based on production

You’re not just running calls — you’re the standard.

• Diagnose and repair residential and light commercial systems
• Deliver a 5-star customer experience every time
• Build trust through clear communication and education
• Mentor junior techs as you grow into leadership
• Take ownership of your truck, tools, and performance

DAY-TO-DAY

• Diagnose and repair HVAC systems
• Provide honest, accurate recommendations
• Complete jobs right the first time
• Maintain clean, stocked, organized truck
• Use Service Titan for documentation
• Participate in scheduled on-call rotation

WHAT YOU BRING

• 2+ years HVAC service experience
• EPA 608 Certification
• Clean driving record
• Strong diagnostic ability (not just parts swapping)
• Customer-first mindset
• Drive to grow and lead

Bonus:

• Service Titan experience
• Residential and light commercial background
• HVAC certification or degree
