Essential Duties and Responsibilities Provide customers with a level of service beyond expectations, showing sensitivity to individual needs. Make a memorable connection and commit to making each guest’s experience the best. Work in teamwork, follow direction, and collaborate with the store management team to deliver outstanding service and create an uplifting work atmosphere for both employees and customers. Perform job‑specific duties including baking bread and making drinks. Be on time for all scheduled shifts and adhere to all company policies and guidelines. Cross‑train in each department including Bread, Cake, POS, and Bar. Work hard and enjoy the experience. Qualifications High School diploma or higher. Fast‑food or retail experience is preferred. Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask. Acceptable verbal English communication skills. Excellent work ethic and teamwork concepts. Enforce Health Department Regulations and possess ServSafe certification. Available to work at least 20 hours a week; weekend and holiday availability strongly preferred. Physical Requirements This position requires moderate physical activity, including lifting up to 50 pounds, walking, bending, stooping, kneeling, and squatting. It requires nearly continuous standing and walking, repetitive hand motions, and reaching overhead. Employees may be exposed to extreme temperatures in coolers and freezers.
