Dental Hygienist

ForwardDental Brookfield is seeking a full‑time Dental Hygienist to join our team. Hours Monday to Thursday 7:30 am – 5:00 pm, some Fridays. Location 15680 W Capitol Dr, Brookfield, WI 53005. Pay Bi‑weekly hourly pay with the option to opt into daily pay. Daily and quarterly bonuses available. Welcome bonus: $10,000. Minimum Qualifications Current dental hygienist license in WI and an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene (where required). Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, dental patient screening, and medical history documentation. CPR certification. Preferred Experience Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x‑rays and electronic medical record systems. Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills to meet patient needs and provide preventive care. Clinical needs as required by office. Physical Requirements Ability to perform essential duties, with or without reasonable accommodation. Prolonged periods of sitting and standing. Must be able to lift and carry up to 45 pounds at times. Availability to attend virtual training sessions (or in‑person) periodically throughout the year. May be required to undergo a tuberculosis (TB) test prior to starting employment (not applicable in FL & TN).
