Manager, Clinical Operations

Responsibilities

Oversee clinical staff team supporting clinical studies and project objectives
Conduct hiring, onboarding, and training for new team members
Assign staff to clinical studies based on experience and training levels
Monitor quality of clinical work through regular review and evaluation
Identify quality risks and develop corrective action plans

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in scientific or healthcare discipline
Clinical trial experience with management or leadership role
Knowledge of GCP and ICH regulatory guidelines
Leadership skills and team management experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Strong written and verbal communication abilities
Organizational and problem-solving capabilities

Compensation: $86,500-$216,000 base
