We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our team in Birdsboro, PA. The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of recent CNC machining experience and be proficient in setting up and operating CNC mills and lathes. This role requires the ability to perform basic programming edits, read and interpret blueprints, and manufacture precision components to specifications.
Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC mills and lathes
- Perform basic CNC program edits and adjustments as needed
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions
- Verify part dimensions using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges
- Monitor machine performance and make necessary offset adjustments
- Ensure parts meet quality and tolerance requirements
- Troubleshoot machining issues and support continuous improvement efforts
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Qualifications
- 2–3+ years of CNC machining experience
- CNC Machinist experience must be your most recent role
- Hands-on experience with CNC mill and lathe setup and operation
- Ability to perform basic CNC programming and program edits
- Strong blueprint reading and interpretation skills
- Experience using precision measuring tools
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
