What You'll Do As a Service Advisor, you'll be the connection between our customers and our service team, ensuring every visit is smooth, professional, and memorable. Your Mission: Welcome customers and create an exceptional first impression. Listen to customer concerns and guide them toward the best repair solutions. Perform vehicle walkarounds and assist with vehicle assessments. Coordinate repairs and communicate clearly throughout the service process. Provide accurate estimates for labor, parts, and repair timelines. Maintain customer satisfaction scores in accordance with Stellantis standards. Build lasting relationships that keep customers returning for years to come. What We're Looking For Minimum 2 years of Service Advisor experience. At least 1 year in a Stellantis dealership using WI Advisor. Proven success in automotive service sales and customer satisfaction. Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills. Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail. Valid driver's license. Ability to pass background check and drug screening.
