Registered Nurse (RN) - IDD Residential Services (CR/511522) Yonkers, New York Salary: USD55 - USD60 per hour A community-based residential services organization is seeking a Registered Nurse in the Hudson Valley region of New York. This role provides clinical oversight, medication management, and healthcare support across multiple residential programs serving individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. About the Opportunity Schedule: Monday through Friday Hours: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM Setting: Community-based residential programs Responsibilities Provide medication management and clinical oversight for individuals in residential programs Support and train direct care staff on medical procedures and medication administration Document medical appointments, healthcare concerns, and follow-up care Communicate health updates to care managers, families, guardians, and treatment teams Coordinate care with Physicians, specialists, pharmacies, and other community providers Perform other duties, as needed Qualifications Active NYS Registered Nurse license Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple residential sites Reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout the territory Desired Skills Med/Surg experience Experience working with individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities OPWDD, Residential, Community Health, or Case Management experience #J-18808-Ljbffr Tandym-Group
