Apply today!YOUR DAYAs an HVAC Installation Team Lead, you'll manage projects from start to finish. You'll work hands-on with ductwork, furnaces, AC units, and heat pumps while guiding your team through proper techniques and safety practices. You'll prep tools and materials, oversee site management, and communicate directly with homeowners-making sure they feel confident and comfortable with their new systems.YOUR HOURSYou'll work within our business hours of 7am–7pm, Monday through Friday, with occasional evening or weekend shifts depending on seasonality.WHO WE AREAt CABS Heating & Air Conditioning, we're more than a service company-we're a community partner.
