Finance Analyst - Commercial Purchasing

Key Responsibilities: Lead monthly Best Estimates and actual process Consolidating information from all divisional controllers to be presented to senior management Perform variance analysis and explanations Purchasing P&L management and MCM database reporting Finance lead on tariff accrual and payment process Acting as liaison between purchasing operations and every respective finance function (purchasing, finance, accounting, treasury, etc.) Supporting commodity controllers/divisions in achievement of their business plan and forecast targets (economics and savings) Acting as North America finance representative within extended global purchasing team Key Responsibilities: Lead monthly Best Estimates and actual process Consolidating information from all divisional controllers to be presented to senior management Perform variance analysis and explanations Purchasing P&L management and MCM database reporting Finance lead on tariff accrual and payment process Acting as liaison between purchasing operations and every respective finance function (purchasing, finance, accounting, treasury, etc.) Supporting commodity controllers/divisions in achievement of their business plan and forecast targets (economics and savings) Acting as North America finance representative within extended global purchasing team Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field Minimum 5 years of related experience Demonstrated leadership abilities in order to guide purchasing operations Motivated, self-starter with ability to work independently and multi-task Excellent written, oral and listening communication skills Attention to detail Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of the general purchasing processed and big picture view of the product cost development process Understanding of basic accounting Familiarity with SOX and audit requirements At Stellantis, we assess candidates based on qualifications, merit, and business needs.
