Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic Property Manager to join the team at our successful property management company. The Property Manager is responsible for directly managing all aspects of their assigned commercial properties. As a successful Property Manager, your goals are to maintain high occupancy rates, maximize profitability, and maintain a high level of satisfaction for both the property owner and tenants. Responsibilities 

• Maintain Bookkeeping and rent collection schedule
• Show properties to prospective tenants and inform them of all available amenities
• Qualify prospective tenants using background checks and references
• Accept rental payments and provide receipts
• Respond to tenant inquiries
• Answer tenant phone calls/ issues
• Negotiate leasing terms and close deals
• Inspect properties regularly and schedule necessary maintenance/repairs
• Provide administrative support and other duties as assigned
• Follow all county guidelines, local laws, and company policies

Qualifications

• Bi-lingual fluent (English/ Spanish)
• Proven working experience in property management/Bookkeeping
• High school diploma/GED required, Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Deep understanding of real estate law and leasing practices
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills
• Experience with property management software preferred
