Travel RN – Mom/Baby | Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking compassionate and experienced Mom/Baby Registered Nurses to provide high-quality postpartum care for mothers and newborns. The RN will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care while collaborating with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure safe and effective treatment. Responsibilities include patient education, medication administration, documentation, and supporting recovery for both mother and infant. Candidates may be required to float to other units within their competency and participate in on-call coverage based on facility needs.

Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (ASN required; BSN preferred).
• BLS (AHA) certification required.
• ACLS, NRP, and PALS as required by the unit.
• Previous RN experience preferred; Mom/Baby or Postpartum experience strongly preferred.
