You will act as a Contract Associate Manager providing on‑site advice to Accenture’s business/client units and project teams on contract management and policy compliance matters. Your responsibilities include initiating, tracking, and monitoring contract changes, deliverables, correspondence, and risks, and maintaining associated documentation. Responsibilities Respond to complex inquiries regarding contract obligations and revisions. Identify risks and issues, suggest alternatives that lead to the best solution. Review and manage contractual obligations of the parties and provide continual review to ensure all terms and conditions are met. Prepare and disseminate information regarding contract status, compliance, modifications, etc. Consult and escalation to a CM and Program Leadership of contractual, business or CM positioning issues which are not solved satisfactorily by the project team in a timely manner. Implement CM processes. Serve as the primary contact between the project team and/or business unit and Legal, ensuring all legal and contractual matters are addressed efficiently and promptly. Liaise between Accenture and clients/vendors. Inform the project team of the contract requirements and monitor compliance. Develop and integrate contract management tools, templates, methods, and processes for the engagement. Achieve a reasonable level of understanding of Accenture’s major business areas (System Integration and/or Outsourcing) to communicate effectively with project Senior Executives and provide relevant advice. May provide training to Contract Management or program personnel. Qualifications U.S. citizenship required. 4 years of contract management experience. 3 years of experience in a federal government contracting environment. Ability to obtain a security clearance is required. Compensation The pay range for the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland is $82,900—$184,500 USD.
