Allen Honda is looking for a friendly, professional, and dependable Receptionist to join our team in College Station. As the first point of contact for customers and visitors, this role is important to creating a welcoming and positive experience. Allen Honda has been family owned and operated since 1954. Schedule

Full-time Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM Every Saturday, 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM Please apply only if you are available to work this required schedule.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming dealership calls
• Greet customers and visitors
• Direct guests to the appropriate department
• Assist with scheduling and confirming appointments
• Support sales and other departments as needed
• Handle general front desk and administrative tasks

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Positive attitude and professional appearance
• Dependable and punctual
• Able to work well in a fast-paced environment
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
