In this detail-oriented and rewarding role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records by performing cycle counts, investigating inventory discrepancies, and supporting warehouse operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. In a Cycle Counter job, you'll be responsible for:

• Performing daily cycle counts of raw materials, finished goods, and production inventory
• Verifying inventory quantities and ensuring inventory accuracy throughout the warehouse
• Investigating inventory discrepancies and working with warehouse and production teams to resolve variances
• Recording inventory counts accurately in the warehouse management or inventory system
• Monitoring inventory locations and ensuring products are stored correctly
• Assisting with inventory audits and physical inventory counts
• Maintaining accurate inventory documentation and count records
• Working closely with Receiving, Shipping, and Production departments to ensure inventory integrity
• Identifying process improvement opportunities to increase inventory accuracy and efficiency
• Following all company safety procedures while maintaining a clean and organized work environment

What you'll need:

• Previous inventory control, cycle counting, warehouse, or manufacturing experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Basic computer and data entry skills
• Experience using RF scanners and inventory management systems is a plus
• Basic math skills and the ability to perform accurate inventory counts
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand, bend, and walk throughout the shift
• Reliable transportation and excellent attendance

Schedule:

• 1st Shift: Monday Friday | 7:00 AM 3:30 PM
• 2nd Shift: Monday Thursday | 4:00 PM 2:30 AM

Pay:

• 1st Shift: $14.00/hour
• 2nd Shift: $14.50/hour
