Mortgage Loan Officer

Zillow seeks a Mortgage Loan Officer to guide borrowers through the home financing process across our real estate marketplace. You will consult with leads, assess borrower needs, pre-qualify applicants, and recommend loan products that align with guidelines and financial goals. Responsibilities include managing a pipeline from application to close, explaining terms and disclosures, collecting and verifying documentation, collaborating with underwriting, real estate partners, and customer support, and ensuring compliance with lending regulations. You’ll leverage Zillow’s data, tools, and flexible, collaborative culture to deliver an exceptional digital-first customer experience.
