Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC)Seeking a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) to provide psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and follow-up care in a collaborative outpatient psychiatry practice in Santa Clara, California.
