Job Description
The Warehouse Manager oversees e-commerce fulfillment, manufacturing distribution, third-party logistics, and retail distribution operations. This role leads a team of 16–30 employees, coordinates daily warehouse activities, and drives inventory accuracy, on-time shipping, cost reduction, and order fulfillment speed. The position offers potential growth into supply chain management or regional operations management.

Responsibilities
Manage inventory control using manual tracking, warehouse management systems, and barcode scanners.
Oversee daily warehouse operations across fulfillment and distribution environments.
Supervise, support, and develop a team of 16–30 employees.
Coordinate order fulfillment to improve speed and accuracy.
Manage shipping coordination and promote on-time shipment performance.
Optimize warehouse space, material flow, and forklift-supported operations.
Prepare performance reports focused on inventory accuracy, shipping timeliness, cost reduction, and fulfillment speed.

Preferred Qualifications
2+ years of experience in warehouse management.
Associate degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
Experience with warehouse management systems and inventory management.
Knowledge of logistics operations, order fulfillment, and material handling.
Team leadership and problem-solving skills.
Data analysis experience.
