Synechron is seeking an experienced AI Adoption & Stakeholder Engagement Business Analyst to support enterprise AI transformation initiatives within a leading global private equity client environment. This individual will work closely with business stakeholders, AI product leadership, adoption teams, and technology partners to identify high-value opportunities, define business needs, support adoption planning, and help translate AI-enabled capabilities into practical business outcomes. Additional Information* The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors. In accordance with law, the base salary for this role if filled within New York City is $140k - $160k/year & benefits (see below). Key Responsibilities Manage the intake, assessment, and qualification of AI-related business requests, opportunities, and use cases. Partner with stakeholders to understand objectives, clarify requirements, assess priorities, and manage expectations. Translate business needs into clear requirements, user stories, process flows, acceptance criteria, and success measures. Support AI adoption planning, stakeholder engagement, communication, and change enablement activities across business functions. Coordinate with AI product leadership, adoption teams, business users, and technology partners to support alignment and execution. Identify opportunities to improve productivity, knowledge discovery, research workflows, information retrieval, and process efficiency through AI-enabled solutions. Track progress, risks, dependencies, and decisions related to AI adoption initiatives and provide clear updates to relevant stakeholders. Monitor AI trends, industry developments, and relevant enterprise use cases that may inform adoption priorities and stakeholder conversations. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Finance, Economics, Technology, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related discipline. 8–10 years of professional experience in business analysis, consulting, product operations, digital transformation, program management, technology enablement, or a related function. Demonstrated ability to structure ambiguous business needs, synthesize information, and translate requirements into clear and practical delivery actions. Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage business, technology, product, and adoption teams effectively. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain complex topics clearly to varied audiences. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities, workstreams, and stakeholder expectations in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Experience Exposure to enterprise AI platforms such as Claude CoWork, Enterprise ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, or similar tools. Experience supporting AI adoption programs, technology implementation efforts, digital transformation initiatives, or innovation programs. Background in business process improvement, requirements gathering, prioritization, change management, or operating model design. Experience facilitating workshops, stakeholder interviews, discovery sessions, or working groups. Comfort working in stakeholder-rich environments where priorities may evolve quickly and business needs require structured interpretation.
