Senior Graphic Designer

We’re looking for a Senior Graphic Designer with strong consumer goods experience — ideally in personal care or beauty — to join our marketing team. This is a fast-paced, execution-focused role suited for someone who is highly independent, detail-oriented, and thrives with minimal direction and ownership from concept to completion. You'll be responsible for everything from packaging design and retail materials to digital assets and branding. Do not call or reach out to our offices regarding this position. Key Responsibilities Create packaging and labels from concept through production, including dielines and print-ready files Design and manage Amazon and digital content (graphics, banners, A+ content) Produce retail-facing materials such as displays, shelf talkers, signage, and sell sheets Lead logo development and branding for new product launches Build retailer presentations and marketing decks Generate and manage UPCs and related artwork files Utilize AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Runway, Midjourney) to enhance creative output Maintain accuracy and consistency across all brand visuals Requirements 5+ years of design experience in consumer goods , preferably personal care or beauty Understanding of flexographic and digital printing processes Excellent attention to detail and high design standards Able to take initiative and deliver with little oversight Professional attitude, open to feedback, and maintains a positive, solutions-first mindset Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) Familiarity with AI tools for creative support is a plus About Us At Bio Creative Labs (BCL) , we’re a team of thoughtful creators and builders who care deeply about what we do.
