We at Eastbrook Healthcare Center are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dynamic healthcare team. Duties and Responsibilities:

- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician.
- Monitor patient health status, vital signs, and progress towards recovery while documenting all findings accurately.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding diagnoses, treatments, and preventive care.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and maintain patient care plans.
- Prepare and assist with medical procedures and examinations, ensuring a safe and sterile environment.
- Respond to medical emergencies and provide appropriate interventions.
- Advocate for patient needs, concerns, and rights, ensuring the best possible outcomes.
- Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations at all times.

Compensation and Schedule:

• Pay: $40/HR

• Part-Time/ Full-Time Shifts

• Day Shift (7a-7p) (Rotating Weekends)

• Location: Cleveland, Ohio

Skills and Qualifications:

- Current RN licensure in Ohio.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Advanced Cardiovascular Life
- 1 year of nursing experience preferred.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Proficient in electronic health records (EHR) systems and medical charting.
