This is your moment to ignite your potential, unleash your greatness, and Be the Difference in your professional journey!What you will have an opportunity to do:Your Role:Welcomes guests, solves minor issues, and ensures guests have a great stay.Registers guests and checks out guestSolves guest-related problemsEnters requests into Primary Management system.Keeps and maintains Front Desk logsGenerates reports for necessary departments.Posting charges, account settlements, and shift closingAnswers phones and delivers messages to guestsDelivers mail, packages, and messages to guests as neededCompletes a daily shift audit and balances all account settlements, charges, etc. to the property management system.Handles all cash transactions and maintains a personal bank.#IND200What are we looking for?Qualifications:An outgoing and engaging personalityGood Computer skills, hotel systems a plusGood verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced settingAbility to stand for the duration of the shiftMust be available to work various shifts including some weekends and some holidaysCompensation:$20-$20Pyramid Global Hospitality is an equal opportunity employer.
