Responsibilities:

• Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a long-term care and skilled nursing facility setting
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve patients' functional abilities and quality of life
• Conduct initial evaluations, progress assessments, and discharge planning
• Utilize billing systems Net Health and PCC to accurately document patient data and submit claims
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient treatment and progress

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
• Minimum 0 years of experience in an LTC/SNF setting
• Strong knowledge of occupational therapy theories and techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with Net Health and PCC billing systems
