About this job We're looking for motivated individuals who enjoy helping customers, solving problems, and keeping operations running smoothly. As a Customer Service Representative , you'll be the connection between customers, service teams, and delivery operations. You'll coordinate service requests, schedule technicians, assist customers with questions, and ensure issues are resolved quickly and accurately. No advanced technical experience is required. We provide a comprehensive training program designed to set you up for success from day one. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
