Buffet BusserPrimary responsibility of the Buffet Busser is to clean tables and get them ready for the next guests. This is a high volume setting where speed and cleanliness are of the utmost importance. If time permits, it is acceptable to assist the food server.Essential Job Functions:Excellent internal/external guest servicePerform all side work as indicated by the start of shift checklistMaintain cleanliness of side station and all work areasClear, wipe and reset tables according to table setting standardsTransport dirty items to dish roomBring supplies from dish room; silverware, glasses, plates, coffee cups and saucersMake regular periodic runs over the carpet with sweeperOther reasonable duties as assignedEducation and/or Experience:High School/GED preferred6 months related experiencePreferred:Bi-lingual a plusCertificates, Licenses, Registrations:Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary certifications and/or licenses as required by local gaming regulations.Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:Excellent guest service skills and communication skills; Ability to handle high volume and stress situations.Benefits:Medical, Dental, & VisionVoluntary Life, AD&D, & Disability InsuranceVolunteer Time Off,Ventra Program401K + Employer MatchPaid Time OffTuition ReimbursementSalary Range: $14.25- $22.50 + TipsEqual Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
